We know firsthand how important is high-quality electronics in work of reserve system. In its early days, our company faced with unscrupulous suppliers of inverters. Their overall performance was so low that a large part of the energy generated by wind turbine went just to maintain the inverter. This problem is particularly acute for the inverter with capacity of more than 10 kW.

Stand-alone inverters for wind turbines and solar panels

Inverters that we mainly use for high power systems have been developed in 2009-2010 by engineers of the WEL Company for Winder Company. Currently we offer four basic models, each of which has several modifications: 10 kVA, 20 kVA, 30 kVA, 50 kVA. Possible modifications of the input voltage: 240 or 360 volts DC. Output of three-phase (380V) or single-phase (220V). Optional inverters can be equipped with automatic (ATS).

Network inverters for wind turbines and solar panels

Network inverters are used in a system without batteries. Inverters of this type are commonly used for systems for "green tariff". In such systems electricity that is produced by wind turbine or solar panels are sold in a network of special higher rate (which is subsidized by the state). There are also inverters that provide power loads taking energy from the wind turbine part or solar panels, and the missing part is consumed from a network or diesel generator.

Controllers for wind turbines

The charge controller is designed to control the charge and discharge modes of batteries and ensures maximum efficiency and durability of all elements of the system, protecting it from overloads and short circuits.

The charge controller for wind turbine usually is included in the basic configuration of the wind turbine. Most of the wind turbines manufacturers are developing controllers individually for their wind turbine. In 90% of cases the wind turbine controllers are effectively cope with their tasks. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your wind turbine controller, Winder Company is ready to offer you universal programmable controllers of Ukrainian and Danish production. We also have available universal controllers for wind turbine power of 5 kW to 50 kW, with electronically controlled gondola designed for wind turbines Winder.

Controllers for solar panels

Controllers for solar cells are selected basing on the rated voltage and the total maximum current of panels. Moreover, the rated current of the controller must be 10-20% greater than the maximum current of solar panels. That is, if the total current is such as of 17A, optimally you should use the controller of 20A.
